Our Team

At Brewbakes Group Enterprises, we were already accustomed to QSR brands on individual brand levels but were excited to delve into a multi-cuisine QSR as it minimizes wastage, encourages stock and manpower crossovers and maximizes offerings to our consumers, which is our aim. Armed with a strong back-end team which handles Recruitment, Menu Engineering, Architecture, Supply Chain, Aggregators, Marketing and Design Collaterals, we are equipped to deliver the very best of FnB services with high ROI and overall management. The team at Brewbakes Group Enterprises is spearheaded by Anupam Singh and co-founded by Alka Singh and Adarsh Singh. Established in 2014, with their flagship brand Brewbakes, they rapidly connected the nation with elevated culinary experiences by closing the market gap of homegrown FnB full service dining restaurants and innovative QSR concepts. Mr. Rajeev Anand, with his formidable experience in Business Development along with them, forms the backbone and upper management of Brewbakes
